Starla Giesick, 45, of Colstrip passed away with her family and friends at her side on Monday April 8, Heaven has gained a worthy angel. She fought a courageous battle, but could not overcome the injuries she received in a motorcycle accident 6 days earlier. Starla will forever be remembered for her kindnessand personality.
She will be greatly missed by family and friends whom had the pleasure to know her, and experience that love and kindness in her heart. Starla was a devoted wife, and best friend to her husband Steve for 21 years. She was a loving mother to two children, and grandmother of seven.
Her kids and grandbabies were her biggest joys in life. She had a heart of gold, and a zest for life. She had many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles whom loved her dearly. We lost a bright star when Starla passed away, but heaven has gained an angel whom will bring smiles and joy to whoever she touches. Burial will take place at a later date.
